When you sign up for Tapp4, we ask you for a credit card. You can use any credit card to pay for Tapp4. Each time you take a ride, payment is simple and seamless – we automatically charge your credit card. Never worry about.
No problem! We’re sorry to hear that there was a problem with your ride. Please let us know what went by filling out the feedback screen in the app after your ride or by emailing us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once in awhile, we go through that. No worry! As soon as you realize your belonging was left in the car, please let us know and we’ll put you in touch with your driver to track it down! N.B. TAPP4 is not responsible for items lost in a driver car. Arrangement to return any times lost is maybe between both you and your driver.
When you book a ride, our system will generally propose a pickup location to the nearest avenue/street. If your pick up is being moved to nowhere near where you want it? Try using the place pins! These are the easiest and most precise way to set your pick up and drop off in the Tapp4 app. simply drag the map around until the pickup icon is at your desired spot, and then continue with your trip request.

Head to the app menu and select promotions. From here you can learn your personal promo code and share it directly with friends tapp4 text message, email, and social media.
